SkullSword is a 2023 computer animated Lego movie from DreamWorks Animation. Directed by Mike Mitchell, the film stars Seth Rogen, Kelly Preston, Garrett Hedlund, Helena Bonham Carter, and Bruce Campbell. The film focuses on SkullSword in Ricardo Cove City going on adventures prior to his first appearance in The Lego Worlds Movie.
SkullSword recieved generally positive reviews from critics, who praise the voice acting, the animation, the humor, the story, the screenplay, and Danny Elfman's musical score. The film has grossed $732 million against a $123 budget, becoming the second highest grossing film of 2023, the first being Disney Dimensions.
