Tom and Jerry: Matilda (originally titled: Tom and Jerry Meet Matilda) is a upcoming 2021 American direct-to-video family comedy fantasy film, produced by Warner Bros. Pictures (WarnerMedia Byline), Warner Bros. Animation, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures and Tristar Pictures based on a novel by Roald Dahl in Matilda (1996-film).

  • Tom Cat - A grayish-blue cat in his school formal, who is Jerry's rival, Tuffy's friend, Toodles' husband and Tin, Pan and Alley's ex-boss. In this movie, he is Matilda's pet cat along together with Jerry in School.
  • Jerry Mouse - A brown-orange mouse in his school formal, who is Tuffy's uncle and Tom's rival. In this movie, he is Matilda's pet mouse along together with Tom in School.
  • Matilda Wormwood - A young magic genius girl, who is Tom and Jerry's owner and friend, Harry and Zinnia's daughter and Michael's older sister.
  • Miss Jennifer Honey - A beautiful school teacher in school with Tom, Jerry, Matilda and the other children and it also is Tuffy's owner and friend.
  • Tuffy Mouse - A young baby light-grey, diaper wearing mouse in his teacher formal, who is Jerry's nephew and Tom's friend. In this movie, he's the head school teacher mouse and he is Miss Honey's pet mouse at school with Jerry, Matilda, Tom and the other children in School.
  • Miss Agatha Trunchbull - A nasty head school teacher, who is Miss Honey's aunt and Tuffy's boss in School.
  • Tin, Pan and Alley - A three sly Hench-cats, who is Miss Trunchbull's Hench-cats, Tom and Toodles' ex-boss. In this movie, he helps with Miss Agatha Trunchbull in School
