The deadly comet passed on 6:06 am Eastern Time and 5:06 Central Time. The comet wiped out 50% of human population on Earth and erased all of the existing cartoon movies and shows, except Phineas and Ferb, and 101 Dalmatians. Because of these shows and movies survived, the guardian angel named Mary protected them from harm.

Dewayne Samples ordered his goons to capture remaining survivors of the comet and kidnap Pongo and Perdita's puppies to get revenge. Samples captured 12 survivors from Leitchfield, one of them is James McGill. James was mocked by Samples' goons and other subjects. McGill witnesses a puppy wearing a straight jacket and face covered bag being tortured.

Having enough, James rescued Pongo and Perdita's pups and freed the straight jacket pup. It was revealed as Patch. As James looks for clues, Patch become attached to him, took James with him, and escaped the lair unharmed. Mary detonated the compound with only Samples, Little-Boy, Ted, and Shannon surviving. Hours later, Patch tracked Agent Perry down and fought. Major Monogram and Carl was caught red-handed by Dr. Doofenshmirtz. Along the way, Milo killed Little-Boy. After the invasion, Mary and her assistant Amelia guides and consoles Patch. As a result, the person who's responsible is Leo and his sister Kelli. Kelli and Leo had a weakness of dogs because of their purple liquid that medicates dogs for their stomach. For entire time, Leo and Kelli made threats and lies to OWCA about the Dalmatian Family.

As Linda, Anita, and Perdita defeated Kelli in her werebear form, Perdita eats the bear. Kelli and Leo are no longer human once transformed and can't transform back without the antidote. Originally, Leo and Kelli are bear cubs and tested by the deceased Dewayne.

The final battle began when Patch and Phineas runs away from their home. As a result, Milo, Ferb, Lawrence, Roger, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, and Pongo must find them and bring down Leo. James joined forces with Amelia to help Patch and Phineas to defeat Leo. Patch's goal is to feed Leo to his loving father Pongo.
