There could be ideas for the writers in retconning cut out scenes in the ideas for books or comics. Maybe this Demolition Man sequel should be a comic book series or with novels following it to be adapted into comics.

A Demolition Man 2 was announced by Sylvester Stallone on Star Wars Day 2020 (May 4) and proposed to come out 3 decades after the movie starring Sylvester Stallone and Wesley Snipes. There should be a trilogy of in the future. Demolition Man was released October 8, 1993. There should be cut out scenes retconned in Demolition Man 2.

There should be Warner Brothers hire the writers Peter M. Lenkov, Daniel Waters and Sylvester Stallone for this as it was Sylvester Stallone as John Spartan the Demolition Man. The ideas to put in there should be retcons. Simon Phoenix gets cloned. There are scenes cut out at the last minute. There should be allies to Sylvester Stallone and Sandra Bullock Benjamin Bratt, Jack Black, Carlton Wilborn and Denis Leary. Chief Earle had retired and John Spartan became the chief of police.. It’s not shown but Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Demolition Man franchise was governor of California from 2002 to 2009 to become president of the United States. Arnold Schwarzenegger in real life was governor of California from 2003 to 2010.
John Spartan had found out that Zachary Lamb was killed just after he killed Simon Phoenix. Maybe those men still frozen if eliminated by the Cryo-prison blown up are cloned by Dr. Ronny Blade who worked for Cocteau Industries. He keeps the new Phoenix criminal empire from being known for years. There were some scraps killed in the Wasteland fire storm when Simon Phoenix started a new criminal gang by Simon Phoenix and his gang. She took 50 years of being a cop. She doesn't appear in the movie. After the downfall of Raymond Cocteau many things were legalized including marijuana and prostitution as long as prostitution is required by law for adulthood and marijuana outside to smoke. Associate Bob had redemption. Glenn Shadix who portrayed him died in real life. There’s a plot by Gus Hawkins to bring back the Cocteau regime. Maybe there are cops taken out by Simon Phoenix clone and Ronny Blade before John Spartan and team go to arrest Gus Hawkins and his crew and end up finding Jesse Ventura’s character that did the work for Simon Phoenix in killing Raymond Cocteau. This comic book series should be Gus Hawkins in rise to power finishing off the Cocteau Plan.
As of some scenes cut out it should be in the end Chief Earle remotely is sending cops after any cryocon still out there. The Troy Evans character has his stun baton and he goes after both CryoCons Adam (who killed Raymond Cocteau played by Jesse "The Body" Ventura) and Elvin (Rhino Michaels) after defeating hardened sewer residents. The start of going after them between cops and scraps is from the underground battle.
The 4 main cryocon henchmen defeat the rebels believing them to be dead with Adam before he kills Mayor/Gov Raymond Cocteau defeats Edgar Friendly and those cryocons regroup with Simon Phoenix after believing to have killed Edgar Friendly. It’s not shown but could be talked of that the same cryocon killing Raymond Cocteau is who fights Edgar Friendly after one of the extras is taken out by him and he defeats Edgar Friendly to him surviving defeat as the other 3 CryoCons finish off the rebels without killing them but thinking to have and Dazing who got killed by Lenina Huxley believes to have killed Edgar Friendly in the Wasteland battle. Edgar Friendly and team survive but the 4 CryoCons tell Simon Phoenix that Edgar Friendly is killed with some of his scrap fighters while the survivors are incapacitated and this is when they went to kill Raymond Cocteau. Danzig as played by Billy Lucas. It was Billy Lucas’s character that caught Edgar Friendly off guard. Ben Jurand played CryoCon Francis and was incapacitated by Lenina Huxley as we know.
Gus Hawkins with his team are to ban all those that Raymond Cocteau banned as he was just the beginning and not the end of the fight for freedom prior to him dead as John Spartan goes after old criminals. The criminal army was believed to be eliminated long ago but at large in all those years and has taken years to get to them. It should be not shown by talked of if Simon Phoenix in his new criminal gang recruits hardened residents of the sewers to join him and many other cryocons. Those hardened residents not shown could be men or women various races. This not shown battle should take place during the final battle at the cryo-prison. The Jack Black character should be named Jackie as reference to that actor’s name.
The cops and rebels manage to incapacitate them all as Lenina Huxley knocked out the CryoCon played by Ben Jurand before killing Danzig (Billy Lucas). That is before showing up at the cryo-prison just as the scraps Jason and Ryan go with the woman who John Spartan worked with and the Tough Cop to the Cocteau Center while everyone else went off to the cryo-prison. Maybe that battle could get talked of in the sequel just as new members of Simon Phoenix’s gang are to kill or incapacitate those cops and rebels. Maybe Ronnie Blade is the criminal mastermind's name as he clones Simon Phoenix to lead the criminal empire. The Simon Phoenix clone plots to kill Gus Hawkins and take over his administration as he’s a hidden traitor to Gus Hawkins the next of Raymond Cocteau plotting to outlaw so much all over the world. Gus Hawkins has the former CryoCons with the Simon Phoenix clone kill John Spartan for political gain along with Edgar Friendly and his top fighters. John Spartan’s rookie from back in 1996 moved to Northern California after she retired and the Troy Evans character and Chief Earle prior to retirements have moved to Orange County districts. It was before the beginning of the sequel that the outcasts of Edgar Friendly Jason and Ryan were killed by CryoCon Elvin and the men in the beginning as it’s mentioned.
This is prior the Cocteau killing when Chief Earle starts a manhunt for accomplices to Simon Phoenix. Most of the 80 CryoCons get unfrozen and flee to the undergrounds. They could meet up with Adam and Elvin.
Simon Phoenix is irredeemable. Rhino Michaels had stated of his scene cut out shot down by Sylvester Stallone as is the Jesse Ventura fight cut out. As of their scenes cut out the characters are the dig up the frozen remains of Simon Phoenix and clone him. There should be times when John Spartan married Lenina Huxley and they have a son named JosephJohn Spartan was promoted to chief with Lenina Huxley-Spartan as Captain prior to George Earle's retirement. Dana Crystal who paired up with John Spartan back in 1996 had arrested a gang member of Simon Phoenix who managed to get out of the exploding building that is one of the CryoCons killed in the Wasteland battle. She retired in 2046.
Those are ideas for DC Comics or other comic book companies. We'd expect Demolition Man comic books to be done by DC Comics as it's a Warner Brothers film. What's shown in Demolition Man is that Lenina Huxley knocks out the Ben Jurand character but then Billy Lucas's character is believed to be knocked out by John Spartan. That CryoCon gets back up drawing a knife and shot dead by Lenina Huxley. Over that time after the end of the movie should be John Spartan and company discovering most of the criminal army is out there along with those played by Jesse Ventura (killed Cocteau) and Rhino Michaels (one of those who threw the dead Cocteau in the fire after kicking the chair out of the way). Lenina Huxley and John Spartan start going after the CryoCon sidekicks of Simon Phoenix when they took off on Chief George Earle. Troy Evans played Tough Cop. His character's name is James MacMillain learned from the novelization.
Also unseen scraps team with veteran cops as those 2 freedom fighters Jason and Ryan have guns. The 2 top CryoCons Adam and Elvin elude James Macmillan and other officers going after them not shown in the end of the movie. Maybe not shown but on the way to the cryo-prison there was Chief Earle, Lenina Huxley, Alfredo Garcia, Edgar Friendly and other underground people fired on by hardened underground residents who joined with Simon Phoenix and other CryoCons. Edgar Friendly had taken out the mystery offspring of Simon Phoenix just as him and his band took out 3 to 4 other men.
There was 80 CryoCons to be sprung by Simon Phoenix at the end of Demolition Man to free the rest after killed Raymond Cocteau. There’s the new San Quentin opened after the destruction of the cryo-prison. Cigarettes are illegal but marijuana is legal as long as outside to smoke. Also in over those years winning freedom prostitution is legal as long as 18 and up by law. In this criminal army being formed that criminal mastermind has 8 people working for him. 5 men and 3 women various races. John Spartan is retiring. Simon Phoenix’s accomplices had started to become hunted criminals prior to the Cocteau killing. Cloning Simon Phoenix was by digging up his frozen remains. Also, the Troy Evans played cop is recently retired by then. It was him and other officers in units Adam and Elvin eluded when Simon Phoenix was thawing out a criminal army. There is an investigation of this criminal mastermind.
After the cryo-prison blown up there are CryoCons that survived the explosion from being frozen that with Adam and Elvin dug up the frozen remains of Simon Phoenix as parts of the cryo-prison were blown up. Associate Bob doesn’t appear in this but is talked of being a senator when freedom rang into San Angeles and he outlawed cigarettes in the nation and legalized marijuana and prostitution with being required by law to be an adult for prostitution. There should be scenes with Rob Schneider as veteran dispatch of the SAPD and John Spartan is now the chief of police. Bob has retired in over those years. Glenn Shadix died in real life of head injury.
The clone Simon Phoenix is both brown eyes and natural black hair and should remain that way. There was John Spartan after the death of Simon Phoenix meeting up with Deputy chief Derek Hammer and his 1996 rookie Dana Harris. He finds out to have grandchildren with the father not married to his daughter Kate.
There could be coming to when 50 is considered the new 30 in human life cycles as people are living longer now and more years of being young and mid life comes very much later on in human nature. Also in this time period flying cars just as emergency vehicles have rotating lights and sirens that are all to be both flying and on the ground. There’s also San Quentin as the prison of California replacing the Cryo-Prison that John Spartan blew up attempting to stop Simon Phoenix from unleashed a criminal army and killed Simon Phoenix himself. Chief Earle could know Simon Pheonix had his gang shoot Raymond Cocteau and throw him into the fire. Other restaurant chains come back and new types of restaurants open in San Angeles while most of the 80 CryoCons were freed by Simon Phoenix and managed to get out of the Cryo-Prison before the explosion. The sequel comic books could have tiles or story arcs.

There series should start off in 2032 when Gus Hawkins is becoming mayor of San Angeles who was on city council during the Cocteau administration. He’s interim mayor of the free San Angeles. He’s in secret the next of Raymond Cocteau but not as incompetent as him. There’s with Dr. Ronny Blade having the frozen remains of Simon Phoenix from the destroyed Cryo-Prison dug up with the help of top CryoCon minions Adam and Elvin. Mac owns a business now and his the mystery offspring of Simon Phoenix. Flying cars start a couple of years after the end of the 1993 movie. John Spartan marries Lenina Huxley. They have a daughter named Melissa and a son named Joey born in 2033 and 2036.
It's in those years that Gus Hawkins was city council to Mayor of the free San Angeles to state senator and then governor of California and plots to as president bring back the Cocteau administration. Adam is the cryocon played by Jesse “The Body” Ventura.
Five years later in 2037 after the end of Demolition Man Adam is plotting to with 5 other cryocons pillage the Schwarzenegger Presidential Library. John Spartan gets the tip from Gus Hawkins on that who’s now mayor of San Angeles. There’s flashback of the Wasteland battle in early August 2032 when John Spartan with Lenina Huxley got into chase of Simon Phoenix on the road after Edgar Friendly knocked Simon Phoenix off of a bridge underground. Elvin and Francis are remaining up to top while a top scrap tough and Jack Black’s character get into a gun fight with them. There’s a bloody scene with underground people killed by Simon Phoenix and his gang. Edgar Friendly clobbers Adam on the head with the tip of his gun. The 2 written out Jason and Ryan show up. Ryan takes on Adam while Jason takes on Danzing. The scrap male with long hair and bandana in the gun fight shoots and kills the cryocon with who’s name isn’t known played by Norm Compton while Edgar Friendly shoots with this double-barreled gun the cryocon played by Charles Glass known as Beppo. CryoCon Kodo played by Toshishiro Obata pulls out the samurai sword. The scrap fighter named Carl shoots him killing him. Danzig and Adam defeat Jason and Ryan. Adam bangs Edgar Friendly and the scrap tough into each other as the fighting becomes hand to hand. Adam throws Edgar Friendly into a pole while 2 of the scraps are fighting CryoCons Elvin and Francis now hand to hand. Those 2 cryocons defeat the scraps and one of them is played by Jack Black. The 4 top CryoCons defeat the scraps without killing them and go looking for Simon Phoenix. Alfredo Garcia gets back up. Back in 2037 John Spartan shows up with Lenina Huxley-Spartan, Alfredo Garica, Dana Harris-Burke and Derek Hammer. They spot Adam with 5 other men that Simon Phoenix had unfrozen 5 years earlier. John Spartan’s female sidekicks are fighting martial arts fight. John Spartan takes on CryoCon Adam. Adam states to kill John Spartan over and over again. John Spartan states that even if Adam was one of those he wanted to kill not necessary to kill them all. John Spartan has a colossal showdown with CryoCon Adam. There’s a video showing Zachary Lamb in the library killed by Simon Phoenix and then the 4 other CryoCons meeting up with him. John Spartan and CryoCon Adam are throwing punches onto each other. With fighting methods back John Spartan’s rookie from 1996 double kicks 2 CryoCons. She knocks them out as does Derek Hammer and Alfredo Garcia with Lenina Huxley-Spartan learning from John Spartan hand to hand combat. Adam throws a side punch on John Spartan. He misses just as Adam states to crush John Spartan to death. John Spartan boxing style throws punches onto Adam. John Spartan lays a kick onto the tough CryoCon’s belly. John Spartan shoves his knee into CryoCon Adam’s chin. John Spartan throws Adam against a glass wall. John Spartan does recall that Arnold Schwarzenegger the popular movie start was governor of California before president of the United States while he was frozen. John Spartan telling Adam when he manages to incapacitate him that he won’t kill anymore people. There could be scenes not cut out of the original film shown like the road chase and Simon Phoenix having his gang kill Raymond Cocteau with John Spartan at Taco Bell in showdown with the scraps thinking they were bad people. Also the Simon Phoenix road chase.
10 Years later after the movie ended that was released October 8, 1993 over to 2042. The Italian mob headed by Luciano Almelo is heading to San Angeles. John Spartan and Lenina Huxley-Spartan are captains of the SA PD. John Spartan’s daughter, and her 2 daughters are coaches of Special Olympics. They are to tell the Italian Mafia has returned to San Angeles. John Spartan tells of the Mafia war that were rivals to Simon Phoenix and his criminal friends that got all whacked out. The mob guys find CryoCons Patrick Wilkes, Gunther, Howie, Jed, Ignatius and Reggie. Those men get into a hand to hand fight with the Almelo crime family. Those mob guys and the boss have steel beams with baseball bats and crow bars. Those 5 CryoCons are violently beaten to death by the mob guys. Luciano breaks Reggie’s neck in killing him.
There was Dana Harris-Burke after 50 years moved to the north of the state of California while other cops like Derek Hammer, James MacMillain (played by Troy Evans) and Chief George Earle had all retired. Ryan has a gun fight with CryoCon Elvin while Jason fights Clone Simon Phoenix in a martial arts fight. When the Clone Simon Phoenix defeated Jason he ordered Mac/Simon Phoenix Jr. who owned a business to kill him by breaking his neck and back. Ronny Blade reports to Simon Phoenix Jr. who was the mystery offspring of Simon Phoenix. Elvin with his Mac sub machine guns shoots and kills the though scrap fighter Ryan. Mac/Simon Phoenix Jr. shoots down those 2 scraps played by Ken Baldwin and Michael Buice. It’s the smuggler Wayne Henderson who kills the Scrap Fighter Ryan. The Spartans discover the killing. John Spartan with veteran chief George Earle, Lenina Huxley-Spartan, Alfredo Garcia and Dana Harris-Burke with the Troy Evans played cop take on Luciano and his underbosses with the Mafia goons. Those cops are untouchable. It’s a hand-to-hand fight with kicks and punches onto those mob guys. John Spartan grabs a sign and clobbers Mafia boss Luciano Almelo in arresting him. Chief Earle and Dana Harris-Burke get into a fight with the under bosses. Others throw kicks and punches onto mob henchmen. They are arrested. An investigation is going on for the criminal mastermind post Simon Phoenix not realizing over those years he was cloned. Mac finds out his mother was the rape victim of Simon Phoenix with Simon Phoenix having an offspring told of by Dr. Ronny Blade.
This should be in the 100 years after John Spartan was born in 2058 AD. There should be John Spartan going after Elvin finding him with some other men. Elvin talks to those other thugs of together with Mac killing Edgar Friendly outcasts Jason and Ryan recently. This is before John Spartan shows up and battles those members of the Phoenix gang. There are a few of them shot down before John Spartan has the epic gun fight with Elvin as John Spartan as the berretta drawn and fights Elvin as Elvin has Uzis. It’s at a dock. John Spartan yells out “Yo Elvin” and “Yeah I know it’s you” getting into a gun fight. John Spartan in the gun fight with Elvin shoots the electric box. He manages to shoot Elvin in the belly on the armor sending him into the electric box. Elvin is electrocuted to how he dies. It’s a shipment of illegal drugs and cigarettes just as vaping it outlawed but invented not that long before San Angeles. After killing Elvin and some other old criminals John Spartan meets with California governor Gus Hawkins and his right-hand man the secret offspring of Simon Phoenix going by Mac with Dr. Ronny Blade. It was Gus Hawkins with Ronnie Blade working for Raymond Cocteau until he was killed. The illegal drugs are blown up around him. Wayne Henderson fires on John Spartan. John Spartan fires back shooting Wayne Henderson in the head killing him. They discover all those years that Simon Phoenix was cloned. This is just before that John Spartan goes to arrest this corrupt doctor at his lab. Joey Spartan is a rookie of the San Angeles Police force.
There are years of investigation of this criminal mastermind. Gus Hawkins is the next of Raymond Cocteau and thinks he controls the criminal army that cloned Simon Phoenix and plotted to eliminate John Spartan. It was for political gain as John Spartan was destructive. Over this time Gus Hawkins rises to power and has a new Cocteau administration. There should be John Spartan eating at Taco Bell with Gus Hawkins as he has with him Lenina Huxley the deputy police chief and Captain Alfredo Garcia. During Taco Bell there is John Spartan’s family accompanying like his daughter Katherine who’s divorced long ago and has 2 daughters born 2 years apart. Also with Lenina Huxley-Spartan John Spartan has the son named Joe and a daughter named Melissa. Gus Hawkins is looking to run for president for the 2064 election.
John Spartan and Lenina Huxley Spartan in the 2060’s earlier in that decade have their son Joey and a promoted office now detective Sierra Hauser going after Ronnie Blade. There are 2 others that turned their backs on the rebels going by Freddy and Buster. At this lab those cops appear and have a gun fight with Freddy and Buster. John Spartan kills Freddy while Joey Spartan kills Buster in the gun fight. They all together arrest Dr. Ronnie Blade on his charges just before finding out of Gus Hawkins having the Simon Phoenix clone as a pawn for political power and bring back the Cocteau like society. That’s first the US and then the world.
There should be scenes of humor too in it and scenes of Simon Phoenix clone and the mystery offspring of Simon Phoenix. They talk of killing Gus Hawkins and conspirators to him as they have the goal to spread chaos. The Simon Phoenix clone has the memory of the real Simon Phoenix having Adam kill Raymond Cocteau as of unable to pull the trigger on him. Gus Hawkins meets up with the Clone Simon Phoenix. Gus Hawkins has a plot to eliminate John Spartan for political gain but also eliminate Edgar Friendly and his freedom fighting band. Simon Phoenix clone and Simon Phoenix Jr. meet up with Gus Hawkins.
There’s a time when there’s the finding out Ronny Blade connected to Simon Phoenix’s criminal empire after Elvin was killed. It leads into John Spartan finding out his classic nemesis Simon Phoenix had been cloned as a corrupt business man his is mystery offspring born in the 1990’s. The mother is unknown. Simon Phoenix clone plots to kill Gus Hawkins and his 8 person council meeting up with the remaining army of CryoCons.
It’s Gus Hawkins taking over the world for peace when he’s a dictator that wants to kill John Spartan for political power. Those who served him work for Mac. John Spartan learns of Gus Hawkins plotting to kill him for political gain as was plotted by usurping criminal master mind Ronny Blade also the right-hand man of Gus Hawkins along with his crew of 3 women and 5 men. They learn of this stuff. In secret for usurping Ronny Blade with the Simon Phoenix clone send Adam with others unfrozen to kill Gus Hawkins as Adam did the work for Simon Phoenix in killing Mayor/Gov Raymond Cocteau back in 2032 when Simon Phoenix was unable to. There’s fighting for freedom from terror and oppression.
In the ideas there's a plot by Gus Hawkins to kill John Spartan for political gain with also order the killing of Edgar Friendly and his top scrap fighters. They should be played by Carlton Wilborn and Jack Black. That's with Ronny Blade and the council of Gus Hawkins. Later on, Ronny Blade meets up with the clone Simon Phoenix and the criminals unfrozen by Simon Phoenix back in 2032 just before Ronny Blade and the rest of the CryoCons unfrozen by Simon Phoenix 30 years earlier go to attack the police station. Ronny Blade shows he plots to kill Gus Hawkins and his council that are 5 men and 3 women after taking out John Spartan and his allies police and rebels. Ronny Blade takes a band of CryoCons to the police station and to attack. At the police station Detective Sierra Hauser talks of men and women turning their backs on the new Phoenix Gang. Simon Phoenix clone plots to kill them as he found out.
The band of clone CryoCons go to the police station with Simon Phoenix Jr. as the criminal mastermind. There are very young rebels both male and female on the way who got out of the gang that answered to Elvin and joined Edgar Friendly's freedom fighting band. Mac/Simon Phoenix Jr. and the band of CryoCons fight them in a gun fight. They shoot them down killing them. There should be scenes at the Police Station as Alfredo Garcia throws Erwin the veteran dispatcher to the ground when the CryoCons attack by firing. There are cops that fire back as does John Spartan, Lenina Huxley-Spartan, Edgar Friendly, Carl and the other armed followers of Edgar Friendly like who was played by Jack Black. They get shot and killed. Alfredo Garcia in front of the veteran dispatcher Erwin fires back.
Mac also fires on John Spartan and company. Detective Sierra Hauser and Joey Spartan get into a gun fight. John Spartan kills the rest of the CryoCons with bullets in Mac/Simon Phoenix Jr. killing him to.
There should be at the San Angeles public library to when 2 police cruisers flying by land there finding the clone Simon Phoenix. One is carrying the squad leader with a woman member and the other carries 2 other men. The clone Simon Phoenix remarks his going to love running this place There are 4 cops who find the Clone Simon Phoenix. They are 3 men and one woman. They fight him in a gun fight. The Simon Phoenix clone kills those cops. There are reports to cops and rebels like to John Spartan and Edgar Friendly that there were rebels and cops slaughtered by the crime syndicate of 2060's San Angeles. He plots to kill those who betrayed him to join Edgar Friendly’s resistance force.
There should be Gus Hawkins talking of with his crew banning unhealthy products and taking guns out of the city again along with tattoos and body piercings illegal as would be alcohol, caffeine, contact sports and meat. Profanity would be outlawed while those morality boxes are to be brought back and John Spartan with Edgar Friendly are his top targets of elimination using criminals.
John Spartan and team depart for the San Angeles Science Center meeting up with Edgar Friendly and his top freedom fighters played by Carlton Wilborn and Jack Black in the 1993 movie. .
They talk of underground people killed also. With surviving CryoCons arrested along with Gus Hawkins his accomplices are under investigation. From the conspirators of Gus Hawkins John Spartan manages to locate Simon Phoenix’s clone with the rest of the CryoCon henchmen. The clone Simon Phoenix has memories of the original Simon Phoenix and plots to clone others killed long ago to create a new criminal army with cloning henchmen killed at the main headquarters of the SA PD. John Spartan sends the officers on the search for the criminals out there. John Spartan puts Joey Spartan and Sierra Hauser on a mission that's a search.
This is later on that the clone Simon Phoenix with the remaining CryoCon henchmen of Simon Phoenix have an arsenal of guns big and small. There’s a flashback to retcon a scene cut out to when Simon Phoenix kills Zachry Lamb on the streets of San Angeles. It’s after the car chase to when Zachary Lamb tries to bring down Simon Phoenix. He’s shot to death. Cryocons Adam, Francis, Danzig and Elvin meet up with Simon Phoenix heading over to Cocteau Industries. Back to the earlier 2060’s. From Simon Phoenix’s clone there’s the plot to kill the mayor of San Angeles along with deputy mayor and kill John Spartan and Edgar Friendly but also clone those killed at the police station battle and others killed long ago to form a criminal army. It’s a big building with a gun battle. John Spartan, Lenina Huxley-Spartan, Edgar Friendly, Alfredo Garcia and the armed scraps Carl and Jackie get into gun battle against Simon Phoenix and the remains of his gang. John Spartan shoots down some gang members in the battle. The Clone Simon Phoenix finds of the offspring of Simon Phoenix killed at the police station attack. John Spartan equips with guns and a machine gun/rocket launcher combo. Lenina Huxley and John Spartan are riding the back Alfredo Garcia driving the car. The remaining villains are found at the San Angeles Science Center. Edgar Friendly evacuates the science center just before Simon Phoenix clone and his gang along come in. It's the science center on a floor to when John Spartan and allies battle the Simon Phoenix clone and the remaining CryoCons to when Alfredo Garcia is killed in battle.
There should be the battle when Simon Phoenix clone and the rest of the CryoCon henchmen finding John Spartan and company with memories of the original Simon Phoenix. He says "let's take them boys". John Spartan and company are prepared this time and they fire back. This is reference to the Wasteland battle back in 2032 after the original Simon Phoenix sprung 7 CryoCons. John Spartan in the building shoots a rocket into Simon Phoenix clone and blows up the rest of the cryocon henchmen as the clone Simon Phoenix is eliminated by explosion. He blows up a part of the building but there’s the fire suppression system as the rest of the criminals are killed.
There's in the end people show up like San Angeles police officers and one of them is offspring of Lenina Huxley-Spartan and John Spartan. Gus Hawkins shows up with his council of 8. At the end of the Demolition Man 2 comic book series there’s John Spartan retiring. He has his son Joey and Detective Sierra Hauser arrest Gus Hawkins telling them the charges. His conspirators are to testify against him for their freedom. This is outside of the San Angeles Science Center and Gus Hawkins won’t run for president in 2064. John Spartan in retirement states that Gus Hawkins hid things on his rise to power in attempts to bring back the Cocteau plan. Lenina Huxley-Spartan is the new chief of police. This is at the end crowds come to see what's going on. Gus Hawkins a would be dictator is the final arrest by John Spartan in his police days.

Gus Hawkins in his youth worked for Behavioral Engineering. Gus Hawkins the pull of of Raymond Cocteau talks of people to remove tattoos and piercings or they go to jail. It's under that stuff people are to be committed to mental therapy. He also is to outlaw contact sports but outlaw painting human bodies. Also outlaw the stuff that Dr. Cocteau banned in 2011.
There could be other fans writing in ideas for this movie. Maybe even for the writers themselves like scenes of comedy mixing this movie and an action-packed action comedy along with sci fi. Others fans could also put in ideas for a Demolition Man 2 comic book series both limited/miniseries and ongoing series and for mature readers as 1993 movie Demolition Man is rated R. Also in the end Joey Spartan talks of transferring to the NY PD with his mother Lenina now the chief of police.
The Next Demolition Man that should be sequel novel to the 1993 movie. This could get adapted into comics.
John Spartan retired after getting rid of all of his old enemies. He put Gus Hawkins behind bars. His son Joey moved to NYC in the 2060’s. Gus Hawkins council is set free over this time. Joey Spartan joined the NY PD. There are talks of Atlantic City, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania made crime free. NY PD officer Larry Byrnes is now mayor of New York City. The deputy mayor is Lana Page of NYC who was on the council. Chief George Earle’s daughter moved to the New York and Jersey border. She’s on the NY PD over those years. Joey Spartan pairs up with Lisa Earle the daughter of Chief George Earle. Timothy Bottoms is commissioner of the NY PD that was in some precincts of the city and veteran cop. If not Sylvester Stallone write this movie if Demolition Man 2 were successful then there should be Daniel Waters and Peter M. Lenkov or other writers of Demolition Man if still active. There should be hovering cars in that area too as of 30 years that started in 2067. There should be Pizza Hutt resurrected as a pizza franchise.
In the beginning there’s a deal going on at a hotel in the city in 2066. It’s 70 years after the beginning of cryo-prisons in the states. There should be NY PD officers at battles with various thugs. There’s the crime boss Blake Nixon with his thugs male and female various races. There is Blake Nixon talking to the boss of bosses who managed to disrupt technology of that time. It’s Howard Taylor the criminal mastermind a mystery of NYC. Lisa Earle and Joe Spartan with Commissioner Bottoms with organized Crime strike force officers. They go into the hotel. There’s a gun fight between Nixon’s gang and NY PD. Joseph Johnathan Spartan runs after Blake Nixon sensing him. He clobbers a couple of thugs while others are shot down. Joey Spartan should be a marital artist. He’s a in battle with the crime lord of New York City Blake Nixon. Joey Spartan throws a chair into Blake Nixon knocking him through a table. Joey Spartan has his father’s combat skills and no military history.
Outside there are thugs that survived with Blake Nixon taken out. Joey Spartan talks to Commissioner Bottoms of his father John being chief of the San Angeles Police Department arresting the criminal mastermind who was looking over run with criminals and arresting would be dictator Gus Hawkins who was a worker of Cocteau Industries and Behavioral Engineering. He talks that the Simon Phoenix clone was eliminated along with the rest of the CryoCons freed by the real Simon Phoenix. Commissioner Bottoms offers Joey Spartan a promotion to Detective.
One year later in 2067 the NY PD discovers the criminal mastermind going by Howard Taylor. Howard Taylor is like the New York City Simon Phoenix out of the 5 boroughs. There is Detective Joey Spartan with Sgt. Lisa Earle and Commissioner Bottoms talking of John Spartan eliminating Simon Phoenix and blowing up the cryo-prison. There are the real prisons with programming not so oppressive as behavioral control alters free will. Gus Hawkins and Ronny Blade are still in prison. There are talks of considering 40 the new 25 and 50 the new 30 and Middle Ages became young ages. For California San Quentin is back and for New York/New Jersey The Tombs. Also this AI unit is plotting domination to get humanity under control that’s out of control to form a Cocteau like administration half a decade after the failure of Gus Hawkins who took over the Cocteau business 3 decades after Raymond Cocteau was killed. The writer of this could come up with the name of the A I villain.
There is the criminal mastermind Howard Taylor meeting with Southside Crips boss Bill Johnson. Also, Marco Karuchi is heading a gang in piracy and smuggling. There are cigarettes illegal. Right hands of Howard Taylor are Bella and Otto a person almost as tough as CryoCon Adam who John Spartan incapacitated and is out of the picture after that. There are contraband tobacco products shown with cocaine. Howard Taylor has a house in the city that’s not Midtown Manhattan like where Jessica Jones show from Netflix location.
There should be scenes at the apartments of Joey Spartan and Lisa Earle. Lisa Earle talks of having a husband and 2 kids and Joey Spartan had met the woman looking to work on city council with the name Christina. There should be scenes with the Mayor of New York. Joey Spartan and Lisa Earle talk of Edgar Friendly winning the freedom of the people as he helped bring down Gus Hawkins. There should be Star Wars references in this.
There should be a part with Lisa Earle and Joey Spartan at the Smithsonian. There should be displays of products of years ago and Cryo-Prison talks. They meet with Mayor Byrnes the deputy mayor Jonathan Page that was United States Army/National Guard. They talk of eating at Pizza Hutt. Also, with Howard Taylor with Bella and Otto there is a police cruiser landing. The squad leader has 4 more officers with him. 2 males and 2 females. Howard Taylor is a martial artist also. Howard Taylor takes on the squad with martial arts as do Bella and Otto. Those cops are incapacitated. Howard Taylor stomps on the squad leader and knifes him killing him. They leave the site.
Joey Spartan, Lisa Earle, Mayor Byrnes and the deputy mayor with security of the mayor. Also Jonathan's wife Lana who is the mother of Christina Page. There is to be the tent outside. Bill Johnson with his crips is attacking Pizza Hutt looking to rob the place. Joey Spartan does talk of mentoring from the Commissioner of the NY PD and his mother Lenina Huxley-Spartan to soon retire as chief of the San Angeles Police over in California. Christina is going onto city council as Joey Spartan has her on a date. Joey Spartan and Lisa Earle take on the crips in hand-to-hand fighting. Joey Spartan knocks down the tent on the rest of the crips and the leader Bill Johnson. Other police cars are flying over to the scene. The mayor with deputy mayor come out clapping. Those crips are both men and women.
Howard Taylor finds out the leader of the Southside Crips is arrested. He’s not as bad as Simon Phoenix. He gets in contact with Marco Karuchi. There is later on at the drug lab headed by Marco Karuchi with cigarettes to be dealt with. Joey Spartan, Lisa Earle and others of the NYPD show up. There’s a gun fight with Marco’s thugs on. They get shot down. Joey Spartan throws a grenade blowing up the narcotics just as they are running out of the building. Marco’s surviving thugs are arrested as they throw down the guns. Marco’s thugs are various races. Marco is running off to his boat. Joey Spartan and Marco Karuchi are gun fighting. Joey Spartan shoots a part of the boat that blows up killing Marco Karuchi. It’s talked he should be called the Demolition Man like his father on LA PD and SA PD.
Howard Taylor has thugs left with Bella and Otto. Also, there is Todd a gang leader of the city going with his gang after Joey Spartan. There’s a plot on the NYC mayor and the Deputy Mayor. They are not pulling off Raymond Cocteau that was Mayor/Gov ruling San Angeles from 2011 to 2032.
There is at the police headquarters at Joey Spartan’s prescient Todd with his thugs just as Lisa Earle, Joey Spartan and Commissioner Bottoms along with other NY PD officers are going on the search. As also present is NY PD Captain Leon Martin. Outside of NY PD headquarters those cops get into a gun fight with Todd and his thugs. Todd in the gun fight shoots down Captain Martin killing him. Commissioner Bottoms, Lisa Earle and Joey Spartan with those officers are shooting down Todd’s thugs. Joey Spartan in battle shoots and kills Todd shooting him into the NY PD monument. Lisa Earle and Joey Spartan get into the car going after Howard Taylor. Other officers of the NY PD arrest Todd’s thugs as they throw down their guns.
Later on there should be Howard Taylor at Grand Central Station. 4 cops show up as they are 2 men and 2 women with this AI villain. They created a robot for this AI. Howard Taylor in a martial arts fight takes on those cops. He knocks them all out. Bella and Otto show up. With hired guns Budd and Eve order to eliminate the robot with their guns. There’s this robot that this AI would be dictator is on. Budd and Even shooting this thing just as Howard Taylor eliminates this AI unit after Howard Taylor orders them to shoot this android as Howard Taylor finishes of with a high kick on this A I unit trying to get humanity under it’s control. They go off to Howard Taylor’s house. Howard Taylor talks of Eve and Budd to his top goons to kill Joey Spartan offspring of John Spartan.
There's later on outside of City Hall Otis with a crowbar. Mayor Byrnes and Deputy Mayor Page are present. As the deputy mayor was in the National Guard he takes on Otis. It's a hand-to-hand fight. Mayor Byrnes is a former officer of the NY PD. Deputy Mayor Page throws Otis to the ground incapacitating him. The mayor notifies officers of the NY PD to have taken down would be assassin Otis.
Lisa Earle is flying the car. Joey Spartan loads up. They get to Howard Taylor’s house in the city. They find out this A I united is eliminated by Howard Taylor and his goons. Howard Taylor meets up with Budd and Eve 2 other mercenaries to kill Joey Spartan. Even kill the mayor of New York with killing the deputy mayor as of Howard Taylor to be mayor of NYC and having Bella as deputy mayor of NYC. They detect police activity on the way. Budd and Eve load their guns just as Howard Taylor gets into his bed room while Bella and Otto say in the living room guarding it. Outside of the house there are Eve and Budd searching. They get into a gun fight with Lisa Earle and Joey Spartan. Those 2 hired guns are shot and killed. They break into the house. Lisa Earle takes on Bella in a hand-to-hand fight while Joey Spartan takes on Otto as they search for Howard Taylor in his house. There are kicks and punches as the 2 right hands of Howard Taylor are defeated and banged into each other. Lisa Earle has her gun back in hand. She has it aimed at the 2 other top goons as she sends Joey Spartan on the search upstairs for Howard Taylor on his upper lounge. Joey Spartan finds Howard Taylor in his room and tries to arrest him. There’s a martial arts fight. Joey Spartan defeats Howard Taylor throwing him through his window onto the upper balcony of his house. There are later on the NY PD back up with Commissioner Bottoms. This is the suburban part of Manhattan the final battle. Howard Taylor with Bella and Otto are loaded into police van that flies away. Joey Spartan is informed of hired guns to kill them as of who Lisa Earle and Joey Spartan killed. Mayor Byrnes shows up with Deputy Mayor Page. There’s freedom and peace to the world. There’s a news crew showing up. This should end with Joey Spartan and Lisa Earle at Coney Island. Lisa Earle has her husband and kids on the rides there. They have become good friends. Also, there’s Joey’s new girlfriend Christina who’s looking to be on city council who’s around Joey’s age present. There are talks of the sentence beginning of Howard Taylor and survivors of his crime syndicate. No more real criminals out there in NYC. Marijuana is legal as long as outside to smoke and prostitution is legal with the law required 18 and up as there are all kinds of cigarettes are illegal. There’s many of the stuff legal that Raymond Cocteau outlawed in his dictatorship and there’s Joey Spartan French kissing Christina. This AI unit’s robot body is eliminated but his redeemed not getting humanity under it’s control somewhere else after the arrest of Howard Taylor a crime boss of NYC.

His deputy mayor leads a freedom fighting band as of serving in the United States Army/National Guard. Lexington Hotel for the beginning battle that Joey Spartan defeats the gang leader Blake Nixon. There are talks that John Spartan eliminated The Simon Phoenix clone on the rest of the cryocons unfrozen on Simon Phoenix blowing him up while John Spartan killed CryoCon Elvin and incapacitated CryoCon Adam who did the work for Simon Phoenix in killing Raymond Cocteau at the Schwarzenegger presidential library. Also talked of is just before ethe Cocteau killing Simon Pheonix killed Zachary Lamb when he met with 4 of his cryocon allies. Otis targets both the mayor and deputy mayor of NYC. It's both the mayor and the deputy mayor in the fight with the assassin named Otis. The NYC mayor is targeted by Otis but Jonathan Page gets into battle with him physically.
