That's All Folks! is an upcoming American live-action/animated fantasy comedy film directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, and written by Jeffrey Price and Peter S. Seaman. It is as a direct sequel to the Who Framed Roger Rabbit. The film stars Oscar Issac, Gemma Arterton, John Boyega, and Robert Lewis, with the voices of Josh Gad, Aaron Paul, Keegan-Michael Key, Raven-Symoné, Alan Tudyk, Marlon Wayans, Eugenio Derbez, Ashleigh Ball, Andrea Libman, Charles Fleischer, Ben Schwartz, and Steve Buscemi. Robert Zemeckis and Steven Spielberg serve as executive producers.

- Alan Tudyk as Pygmy the Happy-Go-Lucky Horse, a gentle, yet hyperactive horse and the only Toon Lord who can’t speak, but has a good set of instincts.
- Marlon Wayans as Gangsta Gator, a tough-talking alligator with the tendency to enact all sorts of cartoonish violence towards his enemies.
- Eugenio Derbez as Eduardo Kitten, a Spanish-taking tabby cat who is an expert guitar player and, on certain occasions, lives out his own telenovela fantasy.
- Ben Schwartz as H.B., a honey badger who loves having a plant-based diet on various occasions. His infamous catchphrase is "I don’t give a s**t!"
- Steve Buscemi as Slick Weasel, an Italian-American weasel who is both a kleptomaniac thief and con artist with a fascination for breaking into the homes of the rich.
- Andrea Libman as Julie Mouse, a shy and nervous mouse who is scared of facing danger and is the "weakest link" of the Toon Lords.
- Ashleigh Ball as Cheryl Chipmunk, a rebellious and disobedient squirrel tomboy who, like any other teenager in the world, seeks to break free of her "father’s" will. She is also Jake’s reluctant love interest.
