Thomas, Mario, and Luigi's journey to the North Pole is a Canadian-American CGI movie based on The Polar Express. This movie is about Mario, Pauline, and Luigi riding on Annie and Clarabel with children and Jenny Packard to go the North Pole because today is Christmas eve on the Island Of Sodor. Thomas, Annie, and Clarabel go through the same things The Polar Express did in this movie, including going up and then down a hill at very high speed towards a tunnel that resembles the face of a dragon. The entrance to the tunnel is at the bottom of the hill with Thomas going into the tunnel's mouth at very high speed. The icicles represent the tunnel's teeth. This movie will come out in December of 2024.
Scene 7: Steepest downhill grade in the world and the ice lake.
After getting all the Caribou to move off the tracks, Thomas, Annie, and Clarabel are ready to go with the sound of Thomas' whistle. Thomas moves again with Mario, Pauline, and Luigi sitting on the far front of Thomas to where his front coupling is. It was a nice and slow ride until, a fireman kept on shoveling more and more coal, wanting to get to the north pole on time with the driver ordering the fireman to stop. Thomas notices how fast they are going so Mario and Luigi order Pauline to call out to the driver to slow Thomas down. The driver and fireman could not hear Pauline. The fireman was about to shovel coal into Thomas' firebox one last time with the driver angrily still wanting him to stop doing that when he suddenly trips over on a few pieces of coal lying on the floor and he collides into the driver. Thomas' driver and fireman fall out of the left side of Thomas' cab in the process, causing Thomas, Annie, and Clarabel to speed out of control. Meanwhile, Pauline tells Mario and Luigi that they can't hear her. "They can't?" asked Thomas, Mario, and Luigi altogether. Pauline said no to Mario, Luigi, and Pauline. "Uh oh." said Mario once they get on the bridge and were heading for trouble: They pass by one sign that says "DANGER 88 DEGREE DROP" and the other sign on the other side that says "USE LOW GEAR". Mario says he does not like the look of this in which Luigi agrees. So, Pauline tells them to hang onto her belt. Luigi asked if everything was alright, and Mario asked what they should do. Taking her belt off of her pants, Pauline explains to Mario and Luigi that they have lost communication with Thomas' driver and fireman. While Pauline wraps her belt around two of Thomas' lamp irons for her, Luigi, and Mario to hold onto, Thomas tells Mario and Luigi that they are sitting totally exposed on the front of him with Pauline. Luigi once again wanted to know what is going on. Pauline informs him that Thomas is increasing speed uncontrollably and they are rapidly approaching a gulch at a speed much too great. Mario asked what the gulch they are heading for looks like. Thomas fearfully says that this gulch looks like to be the steepest downhill grade any engine can go down in the world. Then, Thomas suggests that Pauline, Mario, and Luigi should hold on tightly in which they definitely do as they reach the bottom of the gulch and they speed over the bridge they are still on like a roller coaster at extreme speed with them screaming at the top of their lungs. The passengers inside Annie and Clarabel such as Jenny Packard and all the children were not enjoying the roller coaster like ride at all either. It even shows a super slow motion scene of Thomas going down the last 88 degree drops. "WHOA WHOA WHOA! THE ICE HAS FROZEN OVER THE TRACKS!" cried Mario. "GET READY FOR THIS THOMAS!" cried Luigi. Thomas' wheels rapidly leave the rails and Thomas, Annie, Clarabel, Mario, and Luigi all end up on the ice lake. With Pauline unwrapping her belt of Thomas' two lamp irons and putting it back on her pants, Thomas slides on the ice lake faster and faster until Thomas, Annie, and Clarabel form in a circle. The ice begins to fracture because of the weight of Thomas and his coaches. Meanwhile, Thomas crashes through an ice berg, causing him to tilt sideways as well as his coaches and Pauline to almost slide off of Thomas. Mario and Luigi take Pauline's hands and after a few attempts, they both help Pauline up to safety. Annie and Clarabel wanted to know what was going on and Thomas told them all about the problem they are in right now. Pauline then had an idea and that was to crawl to Thomas' cab so she can stop Thomas herself. Pauline crawled on the left side of Thomas, who was still tilted and still on his three wheels on the ice at extreme speed. Once she is finally able to make it to Thomas' cab, Pauline crawls on the floor of the cab, trying to reach the brake lever. When Pauline stands up and does her best not to slip out of Thomas' cab, she is finally able to turn the brake lever after multiple attempts, Thomas' wheels stop turning and Thomas, still tilted sideways and still on three wheels instead of all six, turns around and moves backwards before coming to a complete stop. Once at a complete stop, Thomas tilts even further as Mario and Luigi keep themselves from falling off. Before Thomas can go through the ice, he tips over the other way and his right wheels slam on the ice, making it fracture even more. Then, he tips over the other way before his left wheels slam onto the ice. With Thomas saying "Well, that is more... like it. We're glad all that's over. Oh, my poor wheels.", Mario and Luigi get all the way up and he stands on top of Thomas' cab. Mario and Luigi notice the ice breaking. So, with Pauline now in control of driving Thomas and making sure his fire in his firebox is firing up at all times, they have Thomas and his coaches back up quickly. Since Thomas, Annie, and Clarabel are facing the wrong way, Mario and Luigi have Thomas turn around in which he does with the help of Pauline controlling Thomas. Once they are moving forward to get away from the breaking ice, Mario and Luigi, who are standing on top of Thomas' cab and Pauline, in Thomas' cab controlling Thomas and keeping his fire burning, navigate where Thomas should go. Mario first calls out at Thomas to go right and Luigi calls out at Thomas to go left nonstop and this is in order to align with them. Pauline uses Thomas' controls to make Thomas turn right and then left. Every time Thomas first goes right, his wheels brake for a split second and they rapidly spin in reverse. Every time Thomas next goes left, his wheels brake for a split second and they rapidly spin forwards. Meanwhile, the breaking ice catches up with them, but Thomas manages to get on the rails just in time before the ice shatters completely. Mario and Luigi, still standing on top of the cab of Thomas, and Pauline still in Thomas' cab shoveling some coal into Thomas' firebox, are happy to have saved Thomas and his coaches along with Thomas' passengers.
Mario and Luigi from the Mushroom Kingdom along with Pauline from New Donk City teleport to the Island Of Sodor to meet Thomas and his friends for the first time in the Christmas movie called "Mario, Luigi, and Thomas' journey to the North Pole".

Luigi: (offscreen) I got to say this bro. That Thomas And Friends intro always gets me right here.
Mario: (offscreen) Yeah, Luigi. (sighs) Well, enough of that. (Mario holds up a remote control in silhouette form and begins fast forwarding through the Merry Christmas Thomas DVD.)

Pauline's second time of being in charge of controlling Thomas is when Thomas had no driver and fireman and ended up on a completely frozen lake. The first time is due to Thomas' driver and fireman checking Thomas' light on Thomas' buffer while Thomas was speeding down the line while sleeping to which it completely burned out while Thomas speeding into a tunnel with only one inch of clearance between the roof of Thomas and the roof of the tunnel that had an entrance to the tunnel with a dragon face and the icicles the represent the tunnel's teeth. Once the driver and fireman replace Thomas' light and they turn Thomas' light back on. They wake Thomas up while panicking when they are heading for hundreds of caribou on the tracks.
Throughout the Christmas movie called "Thomas, Mario, and Luigi's journey to the North Pole", there are times when Mario and Luigi interrupt the Christmas movie by messing with the controls or by commentary.
Sir Topham Hatt and his family will be riding on Gordon's green express coaches to the North Pole while Mr. Percival and his family will be riding on James' red coaches to the North Pole in this Christmas movie.
