Hackett Zemo was the son of Helmuth Zemo and the sixth Baron Zemo. He was well known for being a rich, snooty man that cared only for himself.

Hackett had long brown hair and a youthful face. He wore elaborate frock coats, often with frilled shirts and fancy waistcoats.
Biography[]
Hackett took over the mantle of Baron Zemo after his father was assassinated. He took all of his father's money and used it for luxury and pleasure. He cared little about anyone but himself- but was not corrupt and criminal like his father.
