That's All Folks! is an upcoming American live-action/animated fantasy action comedy film directed and produced by Steven Spielberg, from a screenplay by Jeffrey Price and Peter S. Seaman and a story by Robert Lewis. It serves as a direct sequel to Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988). The film features the voices of Keke Palmer, Josh Gad, Raven-Symoné, Aaron Paul, Keegan-Michael Key, Craig Robinson, Eugenio Derbez, Taika Waititi, Zac Efron, Adam DeVine, Ben Schwartz, and Steve Buscemi, with Oscar Issac, Gemma Arterton, John Boyega, Yara Shahidi, Kiana Madeira, and Lewis in live-action roles. Robert Zemeckis, Paula Abdul, and Russell T Davies serve as executive producers.

Sophie Aldred and Sylvester McCoy also appear as fictionalized versions of themselves, portrayed as the aunt and godfather of Harry, while Christopher Lloyd and Bob Hoskins appear via archive footage as Baron von Rotten / Judge Doom and Eddie respectively.

  • Keke Palmer as Chelsea "Chel" Chipmunk, a teenage toon chipmunk who, like any other teenager in the world, is rebellious and disobedient; often using her toon physics to cause trouble. Her personality is based on the likes of Paula Abdul and Ace
  • Josh Gad as Jake Timber, an Alaskan timber wolf toon who acts as the de facto leader of the "Toon Lords" and is also Harry's toon alter-ego.
  • Raven-Symoné as Chloe & Judy, a pair of toon otter twin sisters who are movie critics in the vein of Siskel & Ebert among others. They even like to gossip with Chelsea.
  • Aaron Paul as Buff, a muscular toon bulldog who loves to perform workout routines and exercises but dislikes being called "puppy dog".
  • Keegan-Michael Key as Professor Coyote, a toon who is a downplayed version of Wile E. Coyote. He is fascinated with science, specifically the Toon Tonic, and black history.
  • Alan Tudyk (non-speaking voice) and Ginuwine (speaking voice; uncredited) as Pygmy, a gentle, yet hyperactive toon horse who is mute, but has a good set of instincts.
  • Craig Robinson as The Notorious G.A.T.O.R., a tough-talking toon alligator with the tendency to enact all sorts of cartoonish violence towards his enemies.
  • Eugenio Derbez as Eduardo Gonzalez, a Mexican tabby cat toon who is an expert guitarist and, on certain occasions, lives out his own telenovela fantasy.
  • Ben Schwartz as H.B., a fashion-obsessed toon honey badger who loves having a plant-based diet and often bickers with Eduardo and Slick. His infamous catchphrase is "I don’t give a s**t!"
  • Steve Buscemi as Slick Milky, a flamboyant Italian-American toon weasel who is both a cross dresser and stylist. He also has asthma issues.
  • Andrea Libman as Lil Julie, a shy and nervous mouse toon who is scared of facing danger and is the "weakest link" of the Toon Lords.
