Tom and Jerry: Open Season is an upcoming American company-animated comedy film, produced by Warner Bros. Pictures (WarnerMedia Byline), Warner Bros. Animation, Sony/Columbia Pictures, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation.

- Tom Cat - A grayish-blue cat, who is Jerry's rival, Tuffy and Quacker's friend and Uncle Harry's boss and friend.
- Jerry Mouse - A brown-orange mouse, who is Tuffy's uncle, Tom's rival, Quacker's friend and Uncle Harry's grandnephew.
- Tuffy Mouse - A young baby light-grey, diaper-wearing mouse, who is Jerry's nephew, Tom and Quacker's friend and Uncle Harry's grandnephew.
- Quacker - (full name: Quacker Jeff Duck): A little yellow duckling, who is Jerry's little buddy and Tom, Tuffy and Uncle Harry's friend.
- Uncle Harry - A dark-brown mouse with a boater and a Hawaiian shirt, who is Jerry and Tuffy's uncle, Quacker's friend and Tom's boss and friend.
- Boog - A 900 pound, suave grizzly bear.
- Elliot - A hyperactive and clumsy, but quick witted mule deer who got his antler broken off by Shaw's truck.
- Giselle, a beautiful mule deer doe and Elliot's love interest.
- Shaw - The nastiest hunter in Timberline and Beth's arch rival
